Outside involvements/hobbies: Cavalier Symphony Orchestra (cello), rock climbing, discovering new music, and sustainable cooking from-scratch
Why RAM? "Coming from a big city, I saw firsthand the effects of not having accessible healthcare. When I came here, I knew that even though Charlottesville is a smaller town, the area's rural nature means that the accessibility may be even worse than I witnessed in the past. Since then, I have been able to attend several clinics, including our very own Fishersville. RAM has been one of the most transformative and memorable aspects of my college career, and I’m so happy to be in a position where I can do my part to level the health disparities in my community." |

While my family and I have never struggled to receive optimal medical, dental, or vision care, I recognize that others in my home community are not as fortunate.
